The hotel was conveniently located for shopping and offered a courtesy shuttle to Legoland. The rooms were fine and comfortable despite ongoing renovations. The service was a mix of overwhelming at the front desk but compassionate elsewhere. The dining experience left much to be desired with some low-quality food items. The facilities were decent overall.

Although there were unpleasant smells in one of the rooms that required a change, the overall cleanliness, friendly staff, and great location within walking distance to shopping and dining make it a comfortable choice. Plus, it's a quick shuttle ride away from Legoland.

Despite the room not being clean and having a funky smell, the hotel's location is perfect with Outlet Shops in front and being close to Legoland. The service was very accommodating, including a quick lock replacement. The dining experience was less than mediocre, but the facilities were adequate.
